Allu Arjun inaugurates Cine Planet
Allu Arjun, VV Vinayak and D Suresh Babu inaugurated Cine Planet multiplex located in Kompally on 17 January. Two screens are operational as of now
and two more screens will be functional in few days. This multiplex is playing Desamuduru, Yogi and Guru at present. We have to wait and see how a
multiplex is going to fare in a suburb like Kompally. Incidentally Cine Planet is the 3rd multiplex. Malla Reddy is the owner of the theater. Asian Films and
Suresh Movie Distributors are said to have leased out this multiplex. D Suresh Babu says that Cine Planet is going to be the biggest multiplex in the city
as per the seating capacity as each screen accommodates 500 patrons.
Hyderabad Nawabs as Allulla Mazaka
The successful Hyderabadi Hindi film ‘Hyderabad Nawabs’ is going to be dubbed and released in Telugu. This film is titled as ‘Allulla Mazaka’.
Vennelakanti is penning dialogues and lyrics. Lyricist Vishwa makes his debut as music director with this film. RK who produced the original is also
producing dubbed version on Utopia Entertainments banner.
Madhumasam audio on 20 January
Audio of Sumanth’s next venture Madhumasam in the direction of Chandra Siddhartha is going to release on 20 January. Sneha and Parvati Melton play
female leads. Mani Sharma composed music. Talkie part of the film is complete and two songs are pending. Producer D Rama Naidu is planning to
release the film February.

Vajrostavam song on heroes
A song penned by Suddala Ashok Teja and composed by Devi Sri Prasad is being canned in Annapurna studios today on all top heroes of Telugu
cinema. K Raghavendra Rao and Krishna Vamsi are directing this song. This song is going to be the kind of ‘national anthem’ to Telugu cinema. This
song will be projected during Telugu cinema vajrostavam which is being held on grand scale by Telugu film industry from 26 January to 28 January.
Blood groups concept in Okkadunnadu
When Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is directing a film, there got to be some factor of curiosity around it. Chandu who directed critically acclaimed films like Aithe
and AOR is currently making Okkadunnadu with Gopichand as hero. The logo of this film has blood groups embedded in it. When we asked producer
Cherry about it, he confirmed that there is an angle of blood group in the film and one has to wait till the release to know more about it. Audio of this film
will be released between 20 and 25 of this month. MM Keeravani scores music.
Hampi ready for heroine role
Internationally acclaimed Telugu teen chess champion Koneru Hampi expressed her willingness to act in Telugu films in heroine role provided she is
offered one with noble motivations. She would like to do characters like the one played by Aswini Nachappa in the past.
